Art on The Green

Applications ONLY open on Mondays, and close on Friday at noon for artists to apply. So as to coordinate the mediums from overlapping too much. Please use the spreadsheet below for coodination.

New Members, a site visit is required to verify your needs. (we have some sloped areas). Visit the AOG Map.

Tablecloths are needed that extend to cover supplies under the table. Let’s keep the grounds professional in appearance.

Application Process and Info for Exhibitors

We try to make it fair for all artists by not overcrowding with more than 3 vendors selling the same materials,

1. Please use the google link sheet to enter your form fillabe info, and review it to see if the mediums are filled for a particular Saturday or Sunday by reviewing your medium in the correct category,.

2) Select the next open date. so you can opt-in to be placed on a waiting list

3) “After” completing this form, you need to email your interest to join us at a later date by sending notification to Julie Brooks, Director of AOG at Juliebrooksclay@gmail.com, to have your name entered for the additional requested weekend and to be recorded. You will be notified within 24 hours of how to proceed. Otherwise, please move forward to the application to secure your space.

• Non-Members: To apply, email Juliebrooksclay@gmail.com and we will respond within 24 hours.
  • Use “AOG needs me!” as subject line
  • Members you are already accepted! Please complete the info in the link above “first” to make certain there is room, than go to sigin- up on the application to select your table space.
  • Include phone contact number, first and last name, and sellers permit number
• All artists must have a Seller’s Permit Number to enter. Use this link to obtain a Permit.
• New Members, Non-Members, a site visit is suggested to verify your needs (7 days a weekend to prepare for the event. (We have some sloped areas). Please, also review the AOG Map prior to your selections. Please review the AOG Map above before applying. Download and print the map for day of instructions.
• You will need to acknowledge that you have read the AOG Hold Harmless Waiver. You must sign this and return to Julie Juliebrooksclay@gmail.com.
• Art Groups/organizations interested in a vendor space, please contact Julie Brooks, Director of Programs for more details before you consider applying.

COAL Members: Members you are already accepted! Want to help our organization while selling your work? Use our sellers permit and donate 10% of your sales to COAL! Use “AOG donates to COAL” in the subject line and include your name.. Contact juliebrooksclay@gmail.com. Review instructions.

Exhibitors’ Information

• Applications for each weekend begins the week of, on Monday morning and ends Friday by 5pm.
• All art must be originally made by the artist.
• Review the AOG Exhibitors’ Guidelines for full details.
• Load-in Times are flexible, but you must not block traffic while entering. All exhibitors must be set up in their spaces by 9 am/SAT and 10 am/SUN, or we will allocate it to another artist. Exhibitors must leave their spaces by 4pm.
• For possible additional material needs, check: AOG Supply Information.
• Pets of artists are not allowed. Service animals only
• Table cloths are required. Tablecloths need to extend to cover the supplies under the table.

To request your vendor space, input your information here: NEW Space selection hereYou will be entering this information on a Sheet and must pay below after your selection will be accepted online. Space 1 is reserved for Event Captain only, which requires maintaining the decorum of the event, managing artist setups and disputes (day of), manages signage. They also must notify the AOG Coordinator for approval first, and for any further details at juliebrooksclay@gmail.com.

Note: Best fees in North County with no % required for a portion of your sales. Monies are non-refundable or transferable for artist cancellations. We do provide  Inclement Weather Credits when it is announced by the Event coordinator, and/or communicated to the Exhibitors. (Information is covered in your Exhibitor Instructions. Obtaining credits requires Exhibitor action. All Exhibitors should view the 5-10 days forecast for the weather in Carlsbad, CA in advance.
