First Time Exhibitors

  • Use “AOG needs me!” as subject line
  • Attach two images of your art for review
  • Include phone contact number, first and last name, and sellers permit number
• All artists must have a Seller’s Permit Number to enter. Use this link to obtain a Permit.

• You will need to acknowledge that you have read the AOG Hold Harmless Waiver. You must sign this and return to Julie Juliebrooksclay@gmail.com.

COAL Members: Want to help our organization while selling your work? Use our sellers permit and donate 10% of your sales to COAL! Contact juliebrooksclay@gmail.com at least two days prior to the event to make arrangements and review instructions. Use “AOG donates to COAL” in the subject line and include your name listed on your membership.

Exhibitors’ Information

• Applications for each weekend begins the week of, on Monday morning and ends Friday by 5pm.
• All art must be originally made by the artist.
• Review the AOG Exhibitors’ Guidelines for full details.
• Load-in Times are flexible, but you must not block traffic while entering. All exhibitors must be set up in their spaces by 9 am/SAT and 10 am/SUN, or we will allocate it to another artist. Exhibitors must leave their spaces by 4pm.

• Pets of artists are not allowed. Service animals only
• Table cloths are required. Tablecloths need to extend to cover the supplies under the table.

To request your vendor space, input your information here: NEW Space selection hereYou will be entering this information on a Sheet and must pay below after your selection will be accepted online. Space 1 is reserved for Event Captain only, which requires maintaining the decorum of the event, managing artist disputes (day of), manages signage. They also must notify the AOG Coordinator for approval first, and for any further details at juliebrooksclay@gmail.com.

Note: Monies are non-refundable or transferable for artist cancellations. We do provide  Inclement Weather Credits when it is announced by the Event coordinator, and/or communicated to the Exhibitors. (Information is covered in your Exhibitor Instructions. Obtaining credits requires Exhibitor action. All Exhibitors should view the 5-10 days forecast for the weather in Carlsbad, CA in advance.
