If you want to sell your art weekly, this is the place to be!

We welcome all community artists and art groups/organizations to join us. Easy applications open every Thursday @ 6 am, and closes on Wednesdays @ 5 pm (or sooner if filled), for the upcoming weekend dates. Sponsored by the Carlsbad Inn & Beach Resort & COAL.

Sell/exhibit your art in a beach atmosphere at the Carlsbad Inn & Beach Resort. A fun outside venue, great people, loads of foot traffic, and a bustling boulevard on the Carlsbad Inn & Beach Resort’s front lawn. A coastal experience.

  • All artists must provide a Seller’s No. on the application. Source to get a sellers permit Use this link.
  • Any COAL Member may use the COAL Sellers Permit, and you will provide a 10% donation of your sales to the Gallery. (Arrangements must be made in advance) with the Director of Programs, Julie Brooks, to proceed with this method)
  • NEW non-members: You must be pre-approved by sending (2) images of your original works before joining. Send them via text to: (909) 538-6218, Julie Brooks, Director of Programs. You will be notified within 24 hours.

Exhibitors’ Helpful Information for Applying

  • A site visit is necessary for new Exhibitors. AOG Map (Download and Print) Includes day of instructions.
  • All art must be originally made by the artist.
  • Review the AOG Exhibitors’ Guidelines. (Download and print.)
  • Art Groups/organizations interested in rental space, please contact Julie Brooks, Director of Programs at juliebrooksclay@gmail.com for more details before considering applying. Thank you.

  • Exhibitors must be in their spaces by 9am/SAT and 10am/SUN, or we will allocate it to another artist. Load-in Times can be flexible, but you must not block traffic.
  • Review AOG Supply Information for possible dditional material needs.
  • You will be acknowledging that you have read the AOG Hold Harmless Waiver (download and save for your files).

Note: Monies are non-refundable or transferable for artist cancellations. We do provide Inclement Weather Credits when it is announced by the Event coordinator. and communicated to the Exhibitors. (Information is covered in your Exhibitor Instructions.) All Exhibitors should view a 5-10-day forecast for the weather in Carlsbad, CA, in advance.
